I am currently an Engineering Business Manager @ GitHub, and acting Chief of Staff for the VP of Engineering (team of ~450). I also teach management and leadership courses in my free time.

My expertise is in building, leading, and maturing software development groups. I am passionate about managing a mix of complex strategic, technical, and organizational problems, and creating meaningful change across technical organizations.

I am Autistic - and was diagnosed as an adult.

I write + speak about engineering leadership, my experiences with Autism, and delivering software. Outside of work I spend most of my time with my wife, mastiff, cats, and books.
